Less Oxygen. Greater Results.

What is Hypoxic Air Training?

Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHT) is a scientifically supported technique that alternates short intervals of breathing low-oxygen (hypoxic) air with periods of breathing normal air. This is most effectively achieved wearing a mask connected to an altitude generator during physical activity. Hypoxic Air Training is designed to enhance overall health and fitness, improve endurance, stimulate the production of erythropoietin (EPO), and increase both red blood cell count and the body’s oxygen-carrying capacity. The physiological adaptations induced by simulated altitude exposure have been shown to improve VO₂ max and delay fatigue in endurance athletes—similar to the effects of training at high altitudes.

Each daily session consists of alternating between 5 minutes of breathing hypoxic air and 5 minutes of normal air, repeated over a 30-minute period. With consistent training, noticeable improvements can be achieved in as little as 30 days.

Our Hypoxic Air Generators Make Simulated Altitude Training A Reality

Experience the benefits of high-altitude training—anytime, anywhere.

Simulate Altitudes from Sea Level to 7500m

The IHT-75 Generator isn’t just the gold standard for simulated altitude—it’s your secret weapon for superior performance. Specifically engineered for intermittent hypoxic training, it enables seamless transitions between high- and low-oxygen settings during exercise. Capable of simulating altitudes up to 7,500 meters (25,000 ft / 8.2% O₂), the IHT-75 delivers measurable performance benefits with as little as 30 days of consistent use. Whether you're an elite athlete or simply looking to enhance your strength, endurance, and recovery, the IHT-75 helps unlock new personal bests.
